CIRMMT RA2 WORKSHOP
GLAM-MIR 1: Galleries, Libraries, Archives, Museums and Music Information Retrieval
DESCRIPTION
The goal of this workshop is to foster interdisciplinary collaborations between institutions and researchers in the domains of libraries, archives, galleries, museums and music information retrieval, with the intention of moving towards a second workshop in the future building on and expanding the scope of this one.
The workshop will feature a series of short talks, followed by an open discussion on collaboration and bridging interdisciplinary gaps.

Morning and early afternoon of April 6 (Saturday).

(Later registration is permitted if unavoidable, but this may result in problems associated with food planning and building access).

The elevators to the eighth floor are on the left after entering the building.
Important: The CIRMMT building will be closed to the public the day of the workshop, so there will be a person by the doors to let attendees in between 08:20 and 09:10. Please e-mail cory.mckay at mail.mcgill.ca <mailto:cory.mckay at mail.mcgill.ca> if you will be arriving outside this time window and if will not have key card or ID card access to the building.
